Shipping & Returns

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your products to be packaged and shipped.

A notification will be sent to you once your package is on it's way.

For location pick up, please allow 2-5 business days for your products to be packaged and delivered to the store.

You will be notified once your product is ready for pickup.

Give the store clerk your name and let them know you have a pickup from Ginger Beauty.

You may be asked for an ID, if you are sending someone to pick up for you, please give them your payment confirmation.

Due to the current climate and the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
